San Diego Caricatures is a division of Hamernik Art Studios, a company devoted to providing a variety of entertainment art for special events. What is unique about our company is that we know all of our artists personally; we know their talent, experience, and professionalism first hand. All of our artists have years of experience working at theme parks as well as for professional event planners. Hamernik Art Studios and San Diego Caricatures were both founded by Harold “Harry” Hamernik, who literally ‘wrote the book’ of ‘How to’ on Caricatures. He is the author of “Face Off, How to Draw Amazing Caricatures and Cartoon Portraits" and trained caricaturists and portrait artists at Several Theme Parks including Sea World, Legoland, and Knott’s Berry Farm as the manager of the entertainment arts operations.
